CA-35 Senior Transportation

  • Ontario Silver S.T.A.R.S. Transportation – The City of Ontario offers free transportation to and from the Ontario Senior Center for Ontario residents. This service is available Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. All pick-up and drop-off times are prescheduled. For more information and to schedule an appointment, please call (909) 395-2886.

  • Montclair Senior Transportation Program – This transportation program provides free curb-to-curb services for senior citizens who are Montclair residents. The service includes transportation to the Senior Center and general errands within Montclair city limits. Service outside Montclair is limited to medical appointments only. For information or an appointment call the Transportation Coordinator at (909) 625-9452.

  • Chino Senior Center Transportation Program – The Get Senior Mobility and Reliable Transportation (S.M.A.R.T.) Program provides free morning transportation for Chino residents, 50+.  Two ADA accessible buses are available to provide transportation Monday through Friday.  Registration is required.

  • Chino, Chino Hills, and Upland OmniRide Program- https://omnitrans.org/promotions/omniride/

    • Full fare for OmniRide is $4 per trip and $1 for disabled/senior/Medicare and veterans

    • Trips may be reserved anytime during regular OmniRide service hours using the free OmniRide On-Demandmobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play)

    • Trips may also be reserved over the phone by calling (909) 383-1680

  • Pomona Valley Transportation Authority - https://www.pvtrans.org/programs/get-about/

    • Reservation-based transportation for seniors (65+) and persons with disabilities. To schedule a ride, call (909) 596-5964.

  • Fontana Senior Transportation Program – The Transportation Program is designed as a Demand Response/Ride Sharing program for Fontana senior citizens (55 and older) and medically disabled residents. This service transports residents within city limits to:

    • Doctor’s Offices

    • Fontana Community Senior Center

    • Hospitals

    • Shopping Centers

    • Fitness Facilities

    • Transportation is available Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. For transportation information, please contact (909) 854-5175.

  • Riverside Transit Agency “Dial-A-Ride” - https://www.riversidetransit.com/index.php/dial-a-ride/what-is-dial-a-ride

    • Seniors age 65 and above and persons with disabilities are eligible for local Dial-A-Ride service within a single city and within three-quarters of a mile of local fixed-route bus service during the hours of bus service operation. Transportation is provided only within the city in which your trip begins.

    • To schedule a ride on local Senior/Disabled Dial-A-Ride service, simply call 1( 800) 795-7887 to establish a local record and book your trip.

    • Seniors and persons with disabilities receive 50% off one way and round-trip tickets, 25% off monthly passes and 7 day passes. To be eligible for a discount, please present your photo ID with the date of birth or proof of eligibility. Call 1 (800) 371-5465 for more information.
