Free, fair, and secure elections are the foundation of our democracy. Every eligible voter in California’s 35th Congressional District deserves the opportunity to cast their ballot without intimidation and have confidence that their vote will be counted.
As your Representative in Congress, I am committed to protecting your right to vote and ensuring you have the information and resources you need to participate in our elections.
This page serves as a resource for voters across our district, including Pomona, Ontario, Montclair, Chino, and communities throughout the Inland Empire. Here, you’ll find information on preparing for Election Day, tracking your ballot, and understanding your rights at the polls.

Get Reliable Information
Election season can bring confusion and misinformation. Rely on official election sources for accurate information, and don’t let intimidation or misleading claims discourage you from exercising your right to vote.
Know Your Rights at the Polls
Every eligible voter has the right to cast their ballot free from intimidation, harassment, or interference. I want every voter across our district to have the information and resources they need to make their voice heard.
My office is sharing yellow Know Your Rights cards to help voters understand their rights at polling locations and know what to do if they encounter intimidation, challenges, or other problems while voting.
These easy-to-carry cards provide practical guidance you can reference when you need it. Whether you’re voting for the first time or have participated in every election, knowing your rights can help you navigate the voting process with confidence.
