Rep. Torres House Floor Remarks on H.R. 9, the Climate Action Now Act

Today, House Democrats took decisive action to stand up for future generations and against President Trump and climate change deniers. I was proud to pass H.R. 9, the #ClimateActionNow Act, which keeps us in the Paris Agreement and includes my legislative proposal to stop the president from making it harder for states like California to take more ambitious actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
