Organizations to Provide Resources in Cases of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination:
- The Legal Network/Times Up - https://nwlc.org/times-up-legal-defense-fund/legal-help-for-sex-discrimination-and-harassment/ - The Legal Network connects people facing sex discrimination and/or sexual harassment at work, at school, or in healthcare with legal assistance. The Legal Network can also help people who are retaliated against when they complain about sex discrimination or harassment. Lawyers in the Legal Network will generally have a free first meeting with you. Some of these lawyers also offer lower rates or free assistance for subsequent representation.
- The Purple Method- hello@thepurplemethod.com or www.thepurplemethod.com- The Purple Method is dedicated to addressing sexual misconduct and providing victim and survivor advocacy services.
- Legal Accountability Project- https://www.legalaccountabilityproject.org/ - The Legal Accountability Project’s mission is to ensure that law clerks have positive clerkship experiences, while extending support and resources to those who do not.
- National Sexual Assault Hotline (RAIIN)— Call 1-800-656-4673. RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline for 24/7 confidential support.
Whistleblower Support Organizations and Legal Resources
The following nonprofit organizations have extensive experience working with whistleblowers. Some of the organizations also offer legal representation as well as publicly available guiding resources. Empower Oversight Whistleblowers & Research (EMPOWR) - https://empowr.us/ Empower Oversight Whistleblowers & Research (EMPOWR) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization dedicated to enhancing independent oversight of government and corporate wrongdoing. EMPOWR works to help insiders document and report corruption to the proper authorities while also seeking to hold authorities accountable to act on those reports.
Government Accountability Project (GAP) - https://www.whistleblower.org
The Government Accountability Project (GAP) is a non-partisan, public interest group that promotes government and corporate accountability by providing legal representation to whistleblowers. It offers pro bono legal and strategic advice and support to employees considering reporting, or who have already reported, misconduct. GAP also leads campaigns to enact whistleblower protection laws both domestically and internationally.

The National Whistleblower Center (NWC) assists whistleblowers by finding whistleblower attorneys to represent them, advocating for policies that protect and reward whistleblowers, and educating potential whistleblowers about their rights under U.S. whistleblower law.
Project On Government Oversight (POGO) - http://pogo.org
POGO is a nonpartisan, independent watchdog organization that promotes good government reforms by investigating and exposing corruption, misconduct, and conflicts of interest. POGO frequently works with government whistleblowers and other inside sources to document evidence of corruption, waste, fraud, and abuse.

The Signals Network is a nonprofit organization working toward a more accountable world by empowering people to speak out about wrongdoing; protecting those who speak out through direct legal support; supporting investigations of wrongdoing; and helping to change policy and improve whistleblower protections.

Whistleblower Aid is a legal non-profit that helps government and private sector whistleblowers report misconduct and lawbreaking safely and lawfully. They provide pro bono legal, advocacy, communications and security support for whistleblowers acting in the public interest.

The Whistleblower and Source Protection Program (WHISPeR) at ExposeFacts provides legal support for whistleblowers and media sources in the national security and human rights arena. Their model encompasses affordable legal protection, public advocacy, investigative journalism, and the latest in encryption technology.
Whistleblowers of America (WoA) – https://whistleblowersofamerica.org
Whistleblowers of America (WoA) is a nonprofit organization assisting whistleblowers who have suffered retaliation after having identified harm to individuals or the public. It provides education and training, peer to peer support, mediation services, and engages the media in a public advocacy campaign on behalf of whistleblowers and watchdogs.
