Rep. Torres Announces Nearly $2M in Additional Emergency Relief for Inland Empire
POMONA – Congresswoman Norma J. Torres (CA-35) today announced nearly $2 million in emergency relief funding coming to medical facilities in the Inland Empire as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Stimulus (CARES) Act.

Congresswoman Torres released the following statement:
"The funds I'm announcing today will help two facilities on the frontlines of our COVID response in the Inland Empire continue to save lives," Rep. Torres said. "As Congress begins negotiations on an emergency funding package to follow the CARES Act, my priority is exactly the same: to deliver as many of these vital resources to our community as is possible."
To date, Rep. Torres has announced more than $8.29 million in CARES Act funding for California's 35th Congressional District.
