ONTARIO – Congresswoman Norma J. Torres (CA-35) announced today a federal grant in the amount of $5,005,421 awarded to Ontario International Airport, the Inland Empire's regional transportation hub. The funding, allocated by the U.S. Department of Transportation, covers the cost of significant runway/taxiway reconstruction and repairs at the airport.

The Resolution passed by a vote of 222 to 190 with only two Republican votes.
